Child discount:
- Children under 4 years are guests of our house.
- 4-10 years -50%
- 11-15 years -30%
- Children with the age of 16 will be charged as an adult.
The Child discount is valid with 2 full paying adults in the room. The children prices are per child and night, including breakfast if occupied by at least 2 adults. If children stay in a separate room, 1 child will be charged as an adult. For each other child we afford the children discount.
Cancellation policy:
Until 4 weeks prior to arrival no cancellation fee is charged, within this time the cancellation fee is 70% of the estimate room amount. In event of late arrival, premature departure or no show the room will be charged from/until day of reservation.
Supplements:
- All prices in € including VAT and breakfast, excluding local tax (€ 2,20 per person and night – children under 16 years are exempt from the local tax)
- Single room supplement of € 5,00 per day in the double room „Mauth“
- Surcharge of € 5,00 per dog and night (only on request!)
- Short stay surcharge of € 3,00 per person and day for a stay less than 4 nights
With your phone or written notification (fax, email), a contract is binding. For us, the contract will be fixed when we will confirm the booking in written form and we receive a deposit in the amount of 30% within 14 days to the account
